Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jl7777 website accessible at jl7777.app, including all games, features, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the jl7777 Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jl7777 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

jl7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jl7777 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the jl7777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jl7777 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Before processing any withdrawal, jl7777 requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and proof of address. jl7777 may also request a selfie with the submitted ID for identity confirmation purposes.

All jl7777 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl7777 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your device. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jl7777 Account;
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

jl7777 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jl7777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jl7777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your own negligence.

jl7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the jl7777 cashier page and are subject to change. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. jl7777 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. jl7777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods registered to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

jl7777 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jl7777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. jl7777 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.

jl7777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.

jl7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

All games available on the jl7777 Platform that use random number generation (RNG) are powered by certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by jl7777, the game provider, or the Player after a wager has been placed.

Each game on the jl7777 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. jl7777 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jl7777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jl7777 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. jl7777 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or network provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform;
• Depositing funds using payment methods registered to a third party;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jl7777 support immediately;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jl7777 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

jl7777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jl7777 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We use age verification checks during registration and KYC. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account pending verification and will not process any withdrawals until age is confirmed.

jl7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player's Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to jl7777, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting jl7777 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, jl7777 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable Philippine law and regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl7777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your own negligence.

jl7777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jl7777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

All content on the jl7777 Platform — including but not limited to the jl7777 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jl7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jl7777;
• Use the jl7777 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

jl7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

jl7777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl7777 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR oversight. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

jl7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl7777 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl7777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11.2.
